The following terms of service these "Terms of Service", govern your access to and use of the AllTech Worker website and mobile application, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.alltechworker.com or the AllTech Worker mobile application the "Site" by AllTech Worker International Ltd.
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, opening an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other entity (if applicable), to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service, AllTech Worker Payment Terms, found here (“Payment Terms Condition”), AllTech Workers Community Standards, found here, and any additional standards, conditions, policies, guidelines and in-product disclosures (collectively, the "Terms"), which are incorporated herein by reference. You further acknowledge, you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, found here. If you do not want to agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site. 1. General Terms
This Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years old and of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are under 18 and at least 12 years old, you may use the Site only through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission. You are not permitted to use the Site or the AllTech Worker Services if you are under 12 years of age.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.
2. Key of Terms
- Buyers are users who purchase services on AllTech Worker.
- Service offers are exclusive offers that a seller can create in response to a buyer's specific requirements.
- A service order is a request by a buyer to receive a service offer from a seller.
- Service- Extras are additional services offered on top of the Seller's Service for an additional price defined by the Seller.
- Service- packages allow sellers to offer services in a variety of formats and prices. Packages may include upgrades, which sellers can pay for their services for more than $5
- The Service- page is where the seller can describe their service and the terms of the service , and where the buyer can purchase the service and create an order.
- Service- are services offered on AllTech Worker.
- The order page is where buyers and sellers communicate with each other with an service ordered.
3. Overview of Key Terms
- Only registered users can buy and sell on AllTech Worker. When registering for an account, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete and updated information regarding your business or personal details and to update the details as necessary without undue delay. Additionally, you will not create an account for fraudulent or misleading purposes. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password
- Services can be offered for a starting price of $5 on AllTech Workers. While AllTech Worker reserves the right to set a higher base starting price in certain categories, sellers set their service prices, at their sole discretion.
- Buyers pay AllTech Worker in advance to create an order (see Payment Terms Condition).
- Orders are purchased via the order button or service offer found on the seller's servics page.
- Please refer to the Payment Terms Condition for Fees and Payments.
- Sellers must fulfill their orders and cannot cancel orders regularly or without reason. Canceling the order will affect the seller's reputation and level.
- Sellers earn account tiers based on their performance metrics. You can read more about it in the layers section below.
- Users may not offer or accept payment using any method other than placing an order through Alltechworker.com.
- When purchasing a service, buyers are granted all rights to the delivered work unless the seller states otherwise on their service page. Note: Some services charge additional fees for commercial use licenses. See our "Proprietary" and "Commercial Use License" sections below for more information
- AllTech Worker retains the right to use all distributed work that the user has included and agreed to publish as part of a review and the AllTech Worker service for marketing and promotional purposes.

4. Creating an Account
By creating an account on AllTech Worker, you become a registered member of the Site and are bound by this Agreement. The terms "Member", "Membership", "Client" and "Account" all refer to this registration. If you browse the Site without creating an account, your use of the Site is still governed by this Agreement If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, Please do not use the site.
- To create an account, you will need to create your unique username, seller/customer name, email address and a password. It is important to keep your account information secure, as any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility. You are not permitted to transfer your account to any other person or entity. In the event of unauthorized access to your account, please notify AllTech Worker immediately.
- AllTech Worker reserves the right to refuse and remove any Content made available through its Services Additionally, AllTech Worker reserves the right to remove content that violates the Terms of Service or is deemed offensive to other members.
- AllTech Worker may access, store and disclose member account information as required by law, to enforce the Terms of Service, resolve claims of infringement of third party rights, for customer service, or to protect the rights, property and safety of AllTech Worker and its members.
- AllTech Worker uses security features to protect digital information, and these features are subject to usage guidelines established by AllTech Worker or its content providers. You are prohibited from attempting to override or bypass these security measures Unauthorized reproduction, publication, distribution or display of information obtained through AllTech Worker is strictly prohibited.
- As a global network, AllTech Worker members must comply with local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. If you access the Site from outside the desh, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
- Uploading, posting and transferring software, technology and other technical data may be subject to export and import laws in other countries. By using AllTech Worker, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the sanctions control program in the desh. In addition, you represent and warrant that you:
- is not listed on a government export embargo report or is a member of a government in an export-embargoed country;
will not transfer software, technology or technical data to export-prohibited countries;
shall not use AllTech Worker for the end-use of any military, nuclear, missile, chemical, or biological weapons; And
Not post, transfer or upload software, technology or technical data that violates US or other export/import laws.
As a Member, you acknowledge that AllTech Worker may immediately suspend, terminate, terminate or limit your account, associated email and access to its Services without prior notice. This may be due to a violation of the Terms of Service, requests from law enforcement agencies, termination of service, technical problems, inactivity, fraudulent or illegal activity, or non-payment of fees.
5. Sellers/Service Creator
- Sellers create service on AllTech worker to allow Buyers to purchase their services.
- Sellers may also offer Custom Offers to Buyers in addition to their Services.
- Each Service you sell and successfully complete, accredits your account with a revenue equal to 80% of the purchase amount.
- AllTech worker accredits Sellers once an order is completed. See our "Orders" section below for a definition of a completed order.

- Sellers may not promote their Services or any AllTech worker content via the Google Ads platform.
- The Seller's rating is calculated based on the order reviews posted by Buyers or Pro Account Team Members. High ratings allow Sellers to obtain advanced Seller levels. In certain cases, exceedingly low ratings may lead to the suspension of the Seller’s account.
- Sellers are responsible for obtaining a general liability insurance policy with coverage amounts that are sufficient to cover all risks associated with the performance of their services.
- If you declare yourself to sell on AllTech Worker for purposes relating to your primary job or profession, you will be considered as a "Business Seller" and the following additional term will apply to you: (i) upon creating a Services, or upon our request, Business Sellers, will be required to submit the following information and documents to AllTech worker: (a) name, address, telephone number and email address; (b) copy of an identification document (e.g. identity card, passport) or other electronic identification as may be required by us; (c) payment details; (d) trade registration number or equivalent means of identification and the trade register in which the Business Seller is registered (if applicable); (e) self certification by the Business Seller committing to only offer products; and (f) upon our request, further appropriate documents that prove the information provided. (ii) If a Business Seller fails to provide this information and documents within a given reasonable deadline, AllTech Worker may restrict or suspend the account.
6. Buyers/Customer
- You may not offer direct payments to Sellers using payment systems outside of the AllTech Worker platform.
- AllTech Worker retains the right to use all delivered work that the user has agreed to include and is published as part of a review for AllTech Worker marketing and promotional purposes.
- Buyers may request a specific service from the Brief feature. Services requested on AllTech Worker must be an allowed service on AllTech Worker. Please click here for guidelines on approved services. Users should refrain from using the Brief feature for any purpose other than looking for services on AllTech Worker.
- When placing an order on the AllTech Worker platform you may only use funds that were obtained from legal sources and are not, directly or indirectly, connected to any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Please refer to the Payment Terms for making Payments through the AllTech Worker platform and to learn about fees and taxes.
- Buyers can request a Custom Order which addresses specific Buyer requirements, and receive a Custom Offer from Sellers through the site.
- You may not offer Sellers to pay, or make payment using any method other than through the Alltechworker.com site. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to Customer Support here.
7. Orders
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created and given a unique AllTech Worker order number (#Order no).
- Sellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the Deliver Work button (located on the Order page) according to the service that was purchased and advertised on their Service.
- The Deliver Work button may not be abused by Sellers to circumvent Order guidelines described in these Terms. Using the “Deliver Work” button when an Order was not fulfilled may result in a cancellation of that Order after review, affect the Seller’s rating and result in a warning to Seller.
8. User Conduct and Protection Systems
AllTech Worker enables people around the world to create, share, sell and purchase nearly any service they need at an unbeatable value. Services offered on AllTech Worker reflect the diversity of an expanding Service economy. Members of the AllTech Worker community communicate and engage through orders, social media, and on AllTech Workers Community Forums.
AllTech Worker maintains a friendly, community spirited, and professional environment. Users should keep to that spirit while participating in any activity or extensions of AllTech Worker. This section relates to the expected conduct users should adhere to while interacting with each other on AllTech Worker.

- Requesting or providing email addresses, third party messaging applications, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of AllTech Worker in order to circumvent or abuse the AllTech Worker messaging system or AllTech Worker platform is not permitted.
- Any necessary exchange of personal information required to continue a service may be exchanged within the Order Page.
- AllTech Worker does not provide any guarantee of the level of service offered by Sellers to Buyers. You may use the dispute resolution tools provided to you in the Order Page.
- AllTech Worker does not provide protection for users who interact outside of the Site.
- All information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively on the Site.
- Rude, abusive, or improper language, and violent or threatening messages will not be tolerated and may result in an account warning or the suspension/removal of your account.
- You undertake not to discriminate against any other user based on gender, race, age, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or otherwise and you acknowledge that such discrimination may result in the suspension/removal of your account.
- Users may not submit proposals or solicit parties introduced through AllTech Worker to contract, engage with, or pay outside of AllTech Worker.
9. About User Generated Content
User Generated Content ("AUGC") refers to content uploaded by users as opposed to content created by the Site. All content uploaded to the Site by our users (buyers and sellers) is User Generated Content. Alltech Worker does not actively check AUGC for accuracy, copyright, trademark, other rights or infringement and the user shall be solely responsible for the consequences of uploading/creating such content and its use, publication, storage or transmission. By uploading to, or creating content on, the Site, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, authorities and/or rights necessary to use and/or upload such content to or from the Site. . . Its use does not and will not (a) infringe or violate any intellectual property, proprietary or privacy, data protection or publicity rights of any third party; (b) violate any applicable local, state, federal and international laws, regulations and conventions; and/or (c) violates any policies and/or terms of service of you or a third party We invite everyone to report violations with proper proof of ownership. Violating content may be removed or disabled
Further, AllTech Worker is not responsible for the content, quality or level of service provided by vendors (be they Pro Freelancers, Top Rated Vendors, Promoted Services or otherwise). We do not provide any warranty regarding the Services, their delivery, any communication between Buyer and Seller and logo design created through Logo Maker. We encourage users to take advantage of our rating system, our community and common sense to choose appropriate services
By offering a Service, Seller warrants that they have adequate permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the Services offered on Alltech Worker. Sellers advertising their services or logo designs created through Logo Maker Online must comply with the laws and terms of service of the advertising platform or relevant website used for advertising. Failure to do so may result in removal of the Service or Service Logo Design from Logo Maker, as applicable, and suspension of Seller's account.
10. Deactivate and Disable Account
Alltech Worker reserves the right to place any account on hold or permanently disable any account due to violation of the Terms, including substandard service or delivery, or any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or Services.
Violation of AllTech Worker's terms and conditions may result in permanent inactivation of your account.
Users with disabled accounts will not be able to sell or buy on AllTech Worker and related content may be removed Please see the Terms, specifically the Content Control, Notices and Appeals section, for your right to object to our decision, or contact our Customer Support team for more information regarding the violation and the status of your account.
Users can deactivate their account with AllTech Worker at any time from their account settings. Users who deactivate their accounts will still be responsible for any outstanding payment obligations. For more information, see "How to Deactivate or Permanently Delete Your Account".
Any provisions of the Terms relating to the relationship between Seller and Buyer will remain in effect even after you deactivate your account or disable your access to AllTech Worker.
11. User Fees
We charge you certain fees (the "Fees") for your use of our Services. All Fees are set forth in a separate fee schedule available at https://alltechworker.com/pricing. The Fee Schedule is subject to change at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you, except that prior to authorizing any Transaction, you will be advised online of the Fees applicable to such Transaction. In addition to the Fees payable in connection with a Transaction, we may charge you Fees for chargebacks, returned items and other problems or delays we encounter in processing Transactions that you request, due to insufficient funds being available in your Account or other insufficient, incorrect or incomplete information you provide to us. All Fees are due immediately.
By using the website's services, you authorize the website to initiate debits and credits, as well as any other transactions, to and from the bank account or payment method you have provided for payment of fees and charges associated with the website's services. Your authorization for automatic transfers contained in this section will remain in full force and effect until you notify us that you wish to revoke your authorization by removing your bank account information from you Profile or by contacting Customer Support.
You agree to promptly update your bank account information or payment method information if it changes, to ensure that the website can initiate transactions without interruption. If we do not receive notice at least five (3) days before any such change, we may attempt, in our sole discretion, to implement such change prior to any debit or credit transfer performed pursuant to your authorization provided in this Section.
12. Payment Terms Condition
- These provisions outline the payment process for AllTech Worker's services
- Depositing Funds: Clients can deposit funds to their "Spendable" wallet through one of the available funding methods including Credit Card, USD, USDT, or Paypal.
- Purchase Services: First buy package for service and add service as per package by direct wallet transfer.
- Balance Management: AllTech Workers manage payment balances received in their own database and are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of clients' balance information.
- No Escrow: There is no escrow system for this transaction and the client is responsible for paying for the services directly through their wallet.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between the Client and a Service Provider, AllTech Worker may assist in resolving the issue, but shall not be responsible for any financial loss or damage incurred by either party.
- General: Clients are encouraged to review frequently asked questions, including "How to submit accurate evidence and get paid fairly?" and "How to submit the right job and make your posting live?" For general guidelines on working on jobs or posting jobs.
By using the AllTech Worker Platform and funding their Wallet, the Client agrees to these Payment Provisions and the Terms of Conditions described on the AllTech Worker website.
